Coming Soon
Porsche Design Concours is launching a padel × luxury car-collecting concept, combining privately owned automotive studios with a members-only clubhouse featuring dining, co-working, wellness facilities, social spaces, and, of course, padel courts. Porsche ownership is not required, and neither location has announced a court count or indoor/outdoor specifications. The first two locations are targeting 2028 openings, with plans for a nationwide network:
West Palm Beach, FL: The ~112,000-square-foot complex planned near Palm Beach International Airport will feature 22 private automotive studios, a spa, and wellness facilities.
Dallas, TX: The location planned near Dallas Love Field will feature 22 individually owned automotive studios ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet, designed to accommodate approximately 10-22 vehicles each. Planned programming includes collector dinners, private automotive gatherings, and motorsport-related experiences.
Just over in Palm Beach, FL, the city’s historic Bath & Tennis Club just received approval to build one padel court at its landmark property. The project is yet to move through construction, and no opening date has been announced.
Now Open
Three Rackets just opened, bringing five padel courts (with 28-foot ceilings), plus five pickleball and three squash courts, to Broomfield, CO (15 miles from downtown Denver). The indoor facility also features locker rooms, a bar and kitchen, lounge and social spaces, a fitness area, and a pro shop.
Additional Club Buzz 🐝
Cincinnati Sports Club in Cincinnati, OH just added two covered outdoor padel courts. The expansion also includes two additional pickleball courts, 3,600 square feet of new indoor training space, and a dedicated recovery area.
The Padel Courts in Los Angeles, CA’s East Hollywood neighborhood hosted the American Collegiate Padel League’s first-ever Pacific Regionals, bringing together teams from UCLA, USC, Arizona, and Loyola Marymount. Arizona ultimately took home the regional title and earned a spot in the ACPL’s March 2027 championship in Miami.
Wynwood Padel Club in Miami, FL will host the Registry of Padel Professionals’ first US Professional Padel Week from November 8-12. The five-day program will feature junior and industry tournaments, pro coaching certifications, club and academy management courses, and the inaugural RPP USA Awards ceremony.
Technically north of the border, but worth flagging… Montreal’s luxury shopping center ROYALMOUNT is partnering with Kopa Padel to bring seasonal outdoor courts to its 77,000-square-foot Urban Park, with an opening planned for May 2027. This will be the first shopping center in Québec to offer dedicated padel courts, with group classes, coaching, children’s programs, leagues, tournaments, and open play. 🇨🇦
